I recently came across the rising duo, Tigirlily Gold and their name says it all – they are beautiful and edgy, yet their harmonic vocals take you back to that 90’s country sound. They make any girl feel empowered and have started off the new year with the release of “I Tried A Ring On.” This single follows their 2023 EP, Blonde, bringing girl group energy back to country music.
“Shoot Tequila” – I went on my first bachelorette trip last year and while it didn’t get as wild as the night in this music video, the song takes me back to our fun girls’ night. Tigirlily Gold has made this a song you can’t resist singing along to. The music video is a hit as it shows their crazy night of tequila shots and the wild mess that follows. This is the perfect song for a country girl’s night out.

Now that the relationship is over, she is left feeling stupid for doing so. This song will hit home for those who have experienced heartbreak so close to thinking it was going to last forever. It can be hard when you imagine your life with them down the road, and then it comes to a crash in an instant. Their passionate vocals express just how painful this letdown is.
