I have prayed many days of my life for God to allow me to be a leader for Him and agriculture all the days of my life. This is what I have done, am doing and will continue to do so long as I pray this prayer. I have always felt called to lead, inspire and show up in a bigger way to those around me. To some around me, where I live may be just a farm, pigs may be just an animal, time spent here may just be for pay. To those I say, it is so much more. It is the foundation I live upon, it is the beings I give life to for they give life to me, it is time spent with with my earthly father and heavenly Father, each moment precious and worthy. It is with gratitude for these blessings I will continue to lead until I have left a path remembered and I know when a fork meets knife at the dinner tables of those who so acknowledge the labor by calloused hands lifting grain to the mouth of an animal to give it life who would later give theirs for that fork to meet the mouth of the human who chooses to receive its gift. Yes, it is more than chewing, it is nourishment and a gift of this earth from above. Never forget and never not thank. For this acknowledgement alone, I shall lead. I am a lightworker for God and agriculture all the days of my life.
Are you a lightworker?
